Ask - catalogue models sometimes have room below 100 pcs depending on the specific part and current production scheduling. Custom tooling projects are firmer on 1,000 pcs because that reflects the real cost of setting up the run.

Send screen size, resolution, interface, touch requirement, brightness, operating temperature and annual quantity in one message. Those seven values are usually enough for a specific quotation in one round instead of three.

Sample pricing depends on whether the part is a catalogue model or needs new tooling - ask with your specification and we will state the sample cost alongside the quotation.

Yes - every quotation is issued in writing with the model number, unit price at your quantity, tooling cost stated separately where applicable, and a schedule.

FPC length and exit direction, connector type, backlight brightness and colour temperature, cover glass, touch panel and bonding method, and driver IC selection within what the glass supports. These start at 100 pcs and do not need new glass tooling.

A new glass size or shape, a custom segment layout, or a new touch sensor pattern. Tooling MOQ is 1,000 pcs, and the tooling cost is quoted separately from the per-piece price so you can see what is one-off.

Often, if you can supply the drawing, the sample, or both. We will name candidates and state honestly where each one differs before you commit to matching one exactly.

Check your processor's datasheet for a display or LCD controller block. If it has one, use what it drives - RGB, LVDS or MIPI DSI. Yes - ask with the model number and we supply the initialisation sequence verified for that specific module and glass batch, including reset timing and VCOM/gamma values.

Yes - the approved sample is the reference for every repeat order. You approve dimensions, display quality and interface timing before mass production begins.

Tell us the model, batch and symptom - we confirm init settings and process conditions per glass batch on our side, and would rather investigate at one sample than at one thousand units.
