With a display size of 95.04mm(W)×53.86mm(H) and outer dimensions of 189.0mm(W)×89.0mm(H)×12.8mm(T), it fits well in a variety of setups.
The LED backlight has a lifespan of ≥40,000 hours.
Powered by 5V DC, consuming only 300mA in normal operation and 8.5mA in sleep mode, making it ideal for low-power systems. It can work stably within -20°C to 70°C and be stored at -30°C to 80°C, suitable for diverse environments.
The UART serial interface (TX/RX) with a default baud rate of 115200bps in 3.3V TTL mode (8N1) enables smooth and efficient communication.
Supports custom UI through UI_Editor-II, offers optional capacitive touch functionality, and has built-in Jiabaida Software Board Universal Protocol V5 for compatibility with standard systems. It is also RoHS compliant, ensuring safety and environmental friendliness.
What this specification means in practice
TN glass is the cost-efficient choice with the fastest response. Contrast and colour shift once you move off the specified viewing direction, so it fits devices with a fixed operator position.
200 cd/m² suits indoor instruments and panel HMIs. If the device will sit outdoors or under direct light, ask us for the high-brightness version of this glass instead.
The UART/serial variant carries its own controller and command set, so your MCU sends text and commands instead of driving pixels. It cuts firmware work substantially.
Operating range -20°C to +70°C covers unheated cabinets, outdoor enclosures and cold-chain equipment. Standard commercial panels stop at 0 °C and go dark or slow in the cold.
Touch is optional on this module. We bond capacitive or resistive panels to the same glass, so you can start without touch and add it on a later revision.

Sample and approval
Samples in 10-15 days from stock glass; custom glass or a new FPC adds tooling time. You approve dimensions, display quality and interface timing before mass production starts.
Production and shipment
10-20 days after specification freeze. Anti-static bag + foam tray + export carton, shipped DHL / FedEx / UPS express or by your forwarder. We keep the approved sample as the reference for every repeat order.
