The JM320240A-GSBLWFA5 is a 320×240 monochrome LCD module designed for reliable performance in diverse applications.
Featuring an STN (Blue) transmissive/negative LCD type and additionally supporting FSTN positive-transflective display, it offers flexible visibility options to suit different environmental needs. The module supports 8080/6800 series MCU interfaces and is driven by the RA8835 controller, ensuring compatibility with standard microcontroller systems.
