TN glass is the cost-efficient choice with the fastest response. Contrast and colour shift once you move off the specified viewing direction, so it fits devices with a fixed operator position.
250 cd/m² suits indoor instruments and panel HMIs. If the device will sit outdoors or under direct light, ask us for the high-brightness version of this glass instead.
The parallel RGB interface needs a host with an LCD controller and around 20-28 I/O lines. It gives full frame-rate colour without a frame buffer IC, which is why it is standard on industrial ARM boards.
